A Claude Skill that turns a shoot's details into a client-ready proposal and a matching signable contract, while the client's still excited about booking you, not three days later when they've already found someone else.
The problem this solves
A great lead comes in. You're excited, they're excited. Then the paperwork happens: a proposal, a contract, the back-and-forth on price and usage rights. It takes a day, sometimes three. By then they've booked someone else, or they've cooled off. The shoot itself was never the hard part. The turnaround on the paperwork was.
What it does
Tell it the shoot: client name, date, location, deliverables, price, payment terms, usage rights. It asks for anything you didn't already give it, one question at a time, so you're not staring down a giant intake form. Then it hands you two documents:
- A client-facing proposal, the warm, plain-language pitch that sells the shoot.
- A matching contract, with payment schedule, late-fee terms, cancellation/weather policy, copyright and usage licensing, model release language, and a force majeure clause, ready to send.
- Consistent numbers between the two, automatically. Change a number in one and it offers to update the other.
What it won't do
It won't invent your price, your dates, or your legal terms. Anything it doesn't actually know comes back marked TBD, confirm with client instead of a guess. It ships with a default late-fee and cancellation policy built in, and you can tell it your own terms instead if you'd rather use those.
Built on real bookings, not a demo
This came out of 5 Acre Studios' own client-proposal turnaround, our own photo and video business. Before we sold it to anyone else, we ran it on our own real bookings, from a same-day portrait session to a full-day event with a 50/50 payment split, and fixed what broke in the process (an early version choked on a shoot with no deposit; that's fixed now).

Requirements: a Claude.ai plan with Code Execution enabled (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise), or Claude Code. This won't run on a free Claude.ai account.
One honest note: this is a starting template, not a lawyer. For high-value or unusually complex bookings, have an actual attorney look over your contract once.
